What to Expect:
Designed with the concept of blending the best of a wonderful restaurant with a nightclub, Tao at the Venetian is all set to offer you everything that you can expect from Las Vegas nightlife. The restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with a five star menu. The lounge and bistro features late-night dining until 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and until midnight on other days.
Tao boasts of an awesome design erected amid a 42,000 square foot area. It offers a number of exiting displays to explore and enjoy. The nightclub features The Emperor’s Ballroom and The Temple, each providing a wide variety of music. The nightclub also hosts private sky boxes, each of them equipped with mini bars, banquettes, and espresso machines attached with purse drawers.
You might be surprised to find yourself spending more time exploring the sights and enjoying the ambience at the Tao than dancing or drinking.
On entering the TAO, the first thing you encounter is the main room of Tao, which has a 20-feet tall Buddha statue looming over a pond filled with Koi fish. The Buddha is the focus point of the nightclub, endowing it with his calming presence. The adjoining bar is adorned with several statues wearing bikinis made of flowers. The statues stand amid rose-covered baths. This area is reminiscent of Orient-themed paintings by Andy Warhol.
When you’re ready to hit the dance floor, go upstairs into the Tao's Buddhist temple. It’s the perfect spot for a get-together. There are many exciting aspects to the Temple including the visual effects, candles, strip views, beautiful people and (frequently) celebrities. With a highly energized atmosphere with DJs playing mainstream hip-hop and progressive house, Tao has also has an enclosed terrace that stretches over 40 feet to provide a stunning panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip. It is equipped with lighting systems and outstanding audio-art.
