What to Expect: Designed to provide the perfect atmosphere for special group gatherings, Caramel is a classy and elegant lounge at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. This sophisticated and upscale Vegas bar is truly a chic place to get cocktails, with an impressive selection of unique “designer-type” cocktails, with concoctions that please both the palette and the eye. With its intimate setting and classy vibe, Caramel Lounge at Bellagio is a fantastic place for a cocktail before a show, or for a late-night cocktail to wind down and cap off and evening on out the Strip. The lounge’s central location on the Strip at the ultra-luxurious Bellagio hotel makes it a convenient and stylish place to meet up with friends. Caramel is also a great place for group parties and special events. At approximately 1600 square feet, this Vegas lounge can accommodate groups of 30 to 200 people, making it a perfect venue for hosting a small get-together or private party. Caramel offers a classy and contemporary setting. The community ottomans are just the right seating to encourage conversation between you and your friends. Other design features of the lounge include two signature opaque marble tables, rich caramel colored leather couches, and hand blown sculptures. Based on an old school Las Vegas bar, Caramel’s bar offers an exclusive collection of drinks which are perfect for a cocktail party. The bar offers some selected wines, beer, champagne and standard cocktails, but the martini steals the show. Indulge in an Oreo shake martini with a blend of splattered cream made from crushed Oreos, Dutch chocolate vodka, Godiva chocolate and Bailey’s. Caramel lounge and bar on the Vegas strip is open from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am on Monday and Tuesday. and from 5:00 pm to 4:00 am from Wednesday to Sunday.
